[ebay auction] Three Kids For Sale, But Not Really...

I have to quit my blog, everyone. So indulge yourselves in one of my last posts. Apparently I cannot do anything that takes my attention away from my (homicidal thought provoking) offspring. Not even so much as a few minutes to check email or blogs...Its just too much "me-time" to ask for and this is what I end up with...How can two kids as cute as these...(plus Kaitlyn but I couldn't find a picture with all three of them and these two were the biggest culprits...) make such a huge and horrible mess as this one? ~side note~Holly, remember this Halloween costume when Kaitlyn was 6 months old...yeah that's Bronson wearing it like a wrestling leotard...LOLWhy, yes. Yes, that is our entire collection of board games strewn across the floor of our family room mixed in with actual (and apparently boring) toys which they are allowed to play with...I discovered this at 6:51 pm last night and sent my kids to bed at 6:52 (unfortunately they had already been fed). The clean up (following a quick photo for the blog) of this disaster started at 6:52pm and lasted until exactly two hours later at 8:52pm....That is sooooo wrong.
So, I seriously considered putting my children up for sale on eBay last night. Like that lady in Illinois who just complained about her kids sneaking the Pokemon cards into her shopping cart...She had tons of support from understanding moms...The only thing is that I couldn't actually put my kids up. I am sure eBay has some regulations about stuff like that. I don't want to go to jail (for selling them or for the homicidal tendencies they invoke). But what I thought I could get was someone willing to take them for a while...You know, a year or ten. And then give them back after they get all their rascal-ness out of their systems...I couldn't think of anything to actually auction off so I just kept working at cleaning up this mess.
The only thing that made it better for me was when I spanked Bronson and sent him to bed, he pretty much cried for about an hour to an hour and a half and he would say the funniest things while crying. Like, "I want my daddy back." (Jeff is on night shift right now.) And, "I want to go to Disneyland." I just kept thinking, "Will that really make it better for you?" Then I started thinking maybe that's what all of us need.

Oh, I'm so sorry, Monica!

My parents used to tell us they were going to sell us to the hairy Ishmaelites (from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat: "Could you use a slave, you hairy bunch of Ishmaelites? Young, strong, well-behaved, going cheap, and he reads and writes!").

Messed up board games irritate me SO MUCH!

LOLOLOL! This better not really be one of your last posts! I wouldn't have sent them to bed....I would have made them sit there and watched me as I threw each and every last card, dice, whatever in a large black trash bag and taken to the garbage!!!!!!

Yeah, but I like the games...they are MY toys. Plus I just felt like "getting rid" of them-translation-off to bed.
