Merry Christmas!

Well, I said I was going to do our Christmas letter on the blog this year. This is a first so; I hope it goes well. Also, I thought of some people who won't look at this so I still have to do a real one but for most of you this is it.
Kaitlyn~8~was baptized this May. It was a special day for all of us. She is growing up and becoming a beautiful young lady. She is in third grade and still loves to read. We are proud of her.
Madelyn~5~started Kindergarten in August. She has blossomed. Its amazing how much she has changed since starting school. She is very smart and picks things up fast. She teaches Bronson everything she has learned once she gets home from school.
Bronson~3~is the king of this castle now that his sisters are gone all day. He does miss them but still enjoys the alone time with just Mom or Dad. We started potty training (for real) in November which is still an on~going battle.
Monica~is still teaching ASL and working in Primary. She has really started to love the little kids she works with. She has enjoyed having a blog this year to put down her thoughts as well as journaling their family happenings. She also made a few quilts which is wonderful therapy for her.
Jeff~is still working on the haul trucks at Freeport~McMoRan Mining, Inc. They have had massive lay~offs recently and we are happy to still have employment. He has been on a few different hunting trips this year. Most recently he harvested an Arizona whitetail coues deer. That was exciting for him. We have also enjoyed the meat. At church he teaches in the Elders' quorum.
We are thankful for the many blessings we have had this year. Though it has been a rough year; we can still count more blessings than hardships. We are thankful for the gospel and for the Savior. He carries us all. Merry Christmas to all of you!
Love, The Hatches~Jeff, Monica, Kaitlyn, Madelyn and Bronson

Bronson is that tall but it is his short sisters that do it for him!!
Wish we could be there too!
