Correction: Yesterday I ended up getting on the scale again and it actually was less than the morning weight. So I checked again this morning and I have actually lost 5 1/2 pounds. Oh happy day! I have lost 3 1/2 pounds!!! By doing what? You ask. I have no idea but I'm gonna keep doing it!

Why can you loose 3 1/2 lbs. and we are doing the same things and I haven't moved? I am going to have to buy a new scale or tape it to the ceiling like it is recommemded!

Way to go! I've gained 4 pounds this past month. I've become newly addicted to no-bakes. I decided to stop eating them no matter what. It is not easy to change eating habits. I guess after 30 you have to!
